Two eggs, fried onion, green pepper and, brat on a hard roll with cheese.Another great way to eat a brat anytime! As always we use Miesfeld’s Grand Champion Brat only this time we’re serving it just a little differently. After being grilled the traditional way, like all our brats these are cooled then diced.
Once the onion and green pepper have begun to soften the diced brat is added. Heated through while the flavors mingle next comes the eggs scrambled, and topped with cheese. Piled on a hot fresh Sheboygan hard roll this one isn’t easily forgotten!
